By submitting any name, logo, image, design, trademark, or other content for customization, you confirm that:

You are responsible for checking spelling, numbers, sizing, colors, placement, and design details before approving a custom order.

Production may begin after approval. Once production begins, customized or personalized products generally cannot be changed, canceled, returned, or refunded except when damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved specifications.

We may refuse customization requests that we reasonably believe violate intellectual property rights or applicable law.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carriers, customs, weather, supply interruptions, incorrect addresses, or events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed package may be charged to the customer.
